21 Point Annual Maintenance Service Includes:

Check indoor unit is mounted level and secure. Inspect and clean particle filter. Flush indoor coils with antifungal and antibacterial rinse. Test and confirm correct termination of condensate drains. Inspect interconnecting wiring sequence & tighten if required. Confirm Switchboard and Circuit Breaker are identified properly. Check isolator is level, siliconed and operational. Check electrical supply is operational and safe. Check adequate insulation on refrigerant line sets. Inspect evaporator connections for refrigerant leak. Inspect condenser connections for refrigerant leak.

Clear Condenser coil of dirt and debris. Inspect Condenser fan for damage or obstructions. Record Return air temperature. Record Supply air temperature. Record total heat exchange. Confirm correct refrigerant charge. Supply new batteries for remote control. Check infrared sensor operation. Calibrate remote control. Replace servicing & identification stickers.
